Running for a Reason

Usually I run for fun but this year I am runnning for a reason,yes I am running for the most prestigious race in town,the Standard Chartered Marathon.The race is for about 750m and there would be around 4000 young runners in it.I've started my weekly pracitise on Sundays.I try to run for about 1.2Km with multiple breaks.Hope by December I should be able to sprint for 750m without a break.

Kimmi,my worry doll

Besides me is Kimmi,my worry doll.She is so filled with melancholy and her eyes are always drooped in sorrow.She listens intendly to all my woes and worries on my behalf .I love her a lot because she takes away all my pain.

Baby Krishna has been my all time favorite God.I always loved his tantrums .This is my first chance to perform in a fancy dress competition and I chose to be his mother.

My First Dance Recital

Today was my first recital in Bharatanatyam.My dance duration was just for about a minute but this is my first program and it means a lot to me.I always loved tapping to tunes and when I had CCA option in school I opted for Dance.

My Dance teacher is very good.She teaches us with utmost care and expects perfection.I am glad to learn dancing from here and hope to dance in many programs in future.

My new Passion for Painting !!!

Off days I have developed a liking for painting.Got the required materials from India for Glass painting and my first art piece of MICKEY came out much better that what I expected.

I wanted to do more painting but I had only one glass frame.I knew my desire to paint would not stop with just one Artifact,so I was looking for more material and
I started fabric painting with Our old clothes.Painting on the fabric was more trickier as the paint smudges quickly on the fabric.I think I am getting better with practise ,thanks to the tons of old clothes @ home.

It did'nt stop with Fabrics and I tried to venture out my new Art to fix the patches in my bathroom ceiling and I did a extremely good job.If I don't like my work who else would !!!

Now with my varied experience in painting I realise Painting is not difficult ,the boring part is cleaning that follows.
