First Encounters with Pets

Never had a chance to have pets at home so it was a totally new experience when I got to meet a pair of goats in my Athai's house.Last December vacation(Dec 2009) I had been her place which is close to Tirunchendor and my uncle got these goats from their neighbourhood to keep me and my sister engaged.We instantly named then Nayan and Babloo.Initially I was scared but later when I started feeding them I found they were very gentle .Usually people feed me,now I felt yepped that I was feeding these.Looked like they were starved for days,they ate all the leaves that we stocked for them and they wanted more.Dil maange More !!!

Laika takes her first bite

Laika is my Baby Alive toy.She came home last year around this time and we named Laika in memory of the first Dog that had been to space.For almost an year she was only on liquid diet.Yesterday we prepared the baby food that came along with her.Just like me she is also a finicky eater,she had the food in her mouth for a long time and refused to swallow.By the time she finished her food the full place was a mess.But after having her food she became very energetic and started singing Twinkle Twinkle. CHO SWEEEEEEET LAIKA

My first teeth out

This National Day,Aug 9 2010 had been very eventful to me.I lost my first milk teeth on this day.When I woke up I found spurt of blood in my mouth and viola there was my first tooth out.When I held my tooth in my hand,I felt it was more beautiful in my hand rather than my mouth.This piece is precious to me because the tooth fairy would give me money and now my friends would believe I am 6 years .I cleaned and placed in my tooth cast.The same night my tooth fairy took it and kept 1 dollar.I think she was also desperately waiting for my tooth!!!

Graduating to Primary

I started with my Primary 1 this April and its been lot of fun since then.It is actually a far cry from what my bus seniors framed.They always told about the grueling homework and tests but never told about the good things.
My primary journey has been very exciting and a few reasons worth mentioning are

• The primary uniform is different pattern from the KG's frock model,feel more like a grown up now.Also have additional house and sports uniform .More choices than what I had in KG.


• I get to attend the assembly in the Auditorium.This is a very big hall.In my KG years we used to come here only for special occasions.But now every day seems to be a special occasion.


• I attend full day school now thereby escape the boredom of sleeping at home.And I am glad I am spending most my time with like-minded people .


• Apart from the usual subjects I learn Sanskrit,dance and chess and I love these classes.
  


• I also take lunch to school,though thats one part I don't like.I am just waiting to get my allowance so I can have lunch in the canteen.
  

Anyone out there graduating to Primary don't worry its a lot of fun and loads of enjoyment.

Waiting for Tooth Fairy!!

Most of my friends have lost their milk teeth when they were 5 but I am already 6 years now and am still waiting .All my teeth seems to be strong as bull,no signs of loose tooth yet.It has been more than a year since I made the tooth cast with plaster of paris .I colored them with vibrant colors and took a lot of effort to impress the Tooth fairy .Not sure how long I need to wait .Mera Number kab ayyaga??

Kids Run 2010

On May 23rd I participated in Kids Run 2010.This was my first race and I was carried away when I got the medal.I completed the 800m run 8 minutes.
